Why Asclepias?
Asclepias have rounded clusters of 30 +/- small, brightly colored flowers on 3 +/- umbels per stem. Because the flowers bloom at different times, they create a wonderful texture and whimsical effect floating just above a bouquet of farm flowers. Excellent vase life, long stems with heavy foliage and bright hues make them a standout by themselves or paired with other, color coordinated, flowers.

Remove any leaves on the bottom of the stems that may be submerged in water. Cut stems and place the flowers into water with a low sugar solution, and store in a cooler.
