Lilies

Lilies

Why Lilies?

Lilies feature 2-3 blooms of trumpet-shaped flowers on tall stems of sparse, green foliage. The flowers typically have a deeper color and freckles on their inner petals, and the buds open up individually over time, which extends its vase life of 5-7 days. These large flowers are a very popular choice for larger, exotic, arrangements, centerpieces and bouquets.

Tips from our experts

Cut stems on an angle and remove any foliage below the water level. Place in a container with cool water treated with floral preservative and store in a cooler set at 35-41 degrees F and 80% humidity. Display in a cool location away from heat sources, air conditioners, direct sunlight and fruit. Repeat stem cutting and change the water every 2-3 days. Remove the pollen as buds open to prevent pollen staining.
